Works Orders

The EasyBuild construction industry Works Orders module is designed for companies that have a division carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities, such as Property Maintenance, Service or Property companies.

This sophisticated, yet simple to use building industry software enables Works Order jobs to flow through the system efficiently, from initial logging of the call in our Call Centre program, through to resource allocation and management of outstanding jobs. The module also includes construction accounts software that allows reporting and invoicing to be linked directly to EasyBuild Clients invoicing.

There’s also a facility to schedule planned maintenance jobs linked to property and equipment assets, making it a complete construction project management software system for property maintenance jobs.
