Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) sweeps across the globe, its socio-economic effects are beginning to take hold. Here at EasyBuild, we know that your business depends on our reliability to provide reliable and uninterrupted support, consultancy and training. As such, we would like to share the measures we have in place to ensure that you still get the help that you need in these uncertain times.

Business as usual

We are in the lucky position of having the infrastructure to allow our team to work from home, which means that we can operate business as usual. All of our systems, including our phones, are fully accessible from anywhere so you will be able to receive support in the normal ways – our main aim is that you are still able to run your companies.

Important software releases for recent HMRC changes will still be available, but we do ask that you keep an eye out for our email bulletins. If you haven’t been seeing them, make sure that you are on our mailing list as this is our main way of communicating any changes we may need to make following advice and guidelines from the government.

Caring for our staff

Our team members are one of our top priorities, and so we are ensuring that they are safe, healthy and have everything they need to carry out their duties effectively. Staff are now working from home, and we are continually reviewing and eliminating any non-critical business travel including project work at client sites. If we do have to cancel a visit to you, we will give you advanced notice.

To tackle misinformation, we have formally advised and provided staff with a reference guide on COVID-19, and we have also cancelled participation at any industry events and other business gatherings until further notice.

Looking to the future

As we’ve said, our commitment is to you. While we’re all in for a rocky few months, it is our wish that we all come out the other side stronger than ever and able to get back to normal as soon as possible. In the meantime, please be assured that we are keeping abreast of advice and guidelines from the government, and that we will do all we can to keep your businesses running as smoothly as possible.
